what can you adjust with the xcal?
just like the title says, are there any parameters that can be adjusted with the xcal?

The xcal itself can only read and clear codes and change between the preset maps. A PC/laptop is needed with the pro racer package in order to change all the different parameters. The XCal is simply an interface between the PCM and the software. Check out Jannetty Racing in the vendor section. Hope this helped you out.

that's what i thought. so, unless someone can tune it for you, it's completely useless.

No, it could be used as a paperweight. Or a midevil battle weapon. Or you could just show it to people for cool points. |

most vendors that sell it, sell it with a tune included, or for little cost. |

hahaha yea it does have a heafty cable attached to it you can sit in the back seat and change tunes 
you could also put the fancy sticker on that comes with it i got mine on but my car isnt tuned yet  | |
