Urgent Notice from SCT PRP forums

ATTENTION SCT CUSTOMERS:

This notice effects Livewires, Xcalibrator 2's, and X3 based devices.

For those of you who may not already know, we have recently updated Advantage III with a different type of exported tune format called CEF. Along with this new format have been some changes to the programming of the devices.

Today it has come to our attention that our new CEF file format has been causing issues for our customers and devices. The current extent of the problem appears to be that when the user attempts to go to the end user options screen, the devices freeze and or lockup with jumbled text on the screen. This is, of course, only if the end user options were enabled when exporting the CEF file (programming the device).

We are working hard to restore the old LL3 capable version of Advantage as soon as possible until we can fix the issue - but for now it appears to only effect the end user options features in our devices.

Please accept this notice as an apology for any inconvenience this may cause and rest assured that we are in the process of trying to remedy any and all concerns.
