Ok, so I put the stage 3 code into my 05... Found out right away that the stage 3 code that is made is for an 04 because my battery light came on right away. I don't have the temp sensor in 05... Anyone know how to get rid of the code and the battery light? I looked into the program and I couldn't find it.
Contact Powertowin\SP, because I think they sell a wiring kit, that allows you to use a 04 pcm in a 05 car with no cell. I'm not 100% sure on this, because I have a 04, but it's worth a shot.

Mana the voltage is different in 2004s and 2005s as well so you may have more to change than the code. With a 2004 flash my car runs 12.9-13.2 volts. With a 2005 flash it runs 13.5-14 volts.

No offense to you, but what's the temp difference between the 2 test? I only ask, because in the summer is will run about 1 volt lower then in the wintertime. Why? because it takes more energy to make electrons move in the colder temps. Trust me. I have a meth lab in my basement, so I know what I'm talking about.

How about I go outside and flash the car with a 2004 tune and video the voltage and then flash it with a 2005 tune and show you the voltage?
Nah, I just get mad when people act like I don't know what I am talking about. Hell maybe it's just my car. My car seems to be the exception to every rule. But I promise you, on my car, a 2004 flash runs lower voltage. Nemiro told me this is normal too.
but dude, he has a meth lab... he knows everything.

Ya, the stage 2 code seems to work great so far. I have a lot of tuning to do. I added a lot of fuel when I put the stage 2 in to make sure that it was safe. So far it pulled really hard at about 22 psi and afr's were in the high tens, then when it went over about 4k it went really rich and slowed down a lot. But man I love the new turbo!! Just gotta get the fueling fine tuned.
Just to check for knock, I logged it tonight when I got home and there was zero knock. I was gone pretty much all weekend so I didn't get much chance to do any tuning before I left. I pretty much got a base tune in that worked and then took off. Also the car has more get up and go in vacuum. My mileage was also really f'ing good!! I think I just fell in love with my new setup
since 05 don't have one the always do full charge...but 04 can lower voltage to compensate for temp
for using stage 3 tune i think nemiro said that using a toys tune (like stage 3) on a non toys pcm would result in having toys setting switched on at startup and would go off when detecting knock!!
for fuel issue i currently use the stage 2 table to
i first change the power enrichement table to command 11.8 all over the table
that was good for a while and then one days the overtemp exhaust protection went in (i saw 9.7 afr) so i zeroed does value to
and the afr is more steady
