Default sensors

I am thinking of switching from my megasquirt and going with the SCT pro. Although I have a 4 bar setup now I only see a 3bar setup that works for the SCT? I am trying to figure out as well if I need a new engine harness or just wire back up whats needed to the stock pcm? Whats new that I had to add were the GM air sensor on the cold pipe and the GM sensor I added for coolant. Now the stock air sensor was removed and in its place I had the hole threaded for the GM sensor in its place. Can I use the GM sensor with the SCT or do I need to buy another cold pipe and sensor? Other then that everything else was "tapped" into for reading sake....If I remember right all that was "cut" and hooked directly to the MS was fuel and spark. The MS has its own built in 4.0 map sensor and I gave it a source of vaccume to read. I am assuming all I need to do is wire back up the MAP sensor, and also the lines for the injectors so the pcm has control over the fuel again. I know also I will need to buy a 3bar map and tip sensor as well. Here is diagram for the MS.... http://www.msextra.com/manuals/MS_Ex...2gntwiring.gif

Need to put everything back to a stock type of configuration, including sensors. The only exception to this will be the 3 bar sensors, if you are going that route. Also, it is possible to make a 3.5, 4.0 and even 5 bar sensor work, if you have a competent enough tuner.

vschaos loves drastic!!! Whew that will save money!

Also wanting to know what the SCT uses to tune? I would assume the front o2 sensor, but what about the one by the cat? I still have it, but current downpipe has no bung. Just wondering if I will need to have a bung welded or not. I am going to start looking at writing some code for a 4bar setup...if there is a need for it? Isnt 3bar something around 35psi?

Ok I will have to get the o2 back by where the cat use to be put back in then. Well 29 psi should be enough for now.

Well I was wondering about a 4bar setup if we had sensors in mind to use? I dont see me going over 29psi with my gt35R/GT40 wheel turbo anytime soon, but you never know

Ok well I ordered the threaded IAT sensor from AGP. I have pm'd a few people to check on who has the better prices on the pro package and what hey offer. Pwerks seems to be the best thus far since they offer a tune based on the mods you give them...big + for them so far. I will most likely order the kit tomorrow as well as the 3bar map and tip sensors. Now I have to find out where the top sensor vaccume source went....dont remember where it went on the vaccume thing....1,2,3 and where.....
