sct for 03?

any chance are they working on a flash device for the 03's??? question has prolly been asked however i might be too blind to see if there was a thread for that fun stuff thanks in advance for whoever answers my question

yep would like to see a confirmation on that one

i think sct doesn't really support it, but can work

i think for now the best way is still to change the pcm to an 04 and then reflash it

i know some 03 sct guys a over here somewere just don't know the exact recipe....they will probably show up

My staged '03 ECU works with SCT flashes perfectly fine.

I believe it's stock '03 ECUs that can't.

yep only stock 03 as the issue...they are physically different

so back to that question, the answer is flash to stage 1? or what? i am sorta confused ... my interperation of what you guys are saying is that the 03's just wont work with sct unless flashed or an 04 pcm, so i will still have to pay 300-400 dollars for a flash and then another 500 just to get the use of the sct flash? ... that sucks

PM SCT let them know you would buy if they had it. The only way to get them to support it is if they see a market for it.

the probleme is that the stock 03 pcm is not built in the same way as the later pcm and stage...

so to buy pass this, you can get a 04 stock pcm...but you have to get it set your vin....and for soem reason flight system won't do it on a stock one (probably legal stuff) and some dealer will say that it can't be done....but it's exactly the same as a stage


a flash at the dealer should be less than 75$ in my mind...and around 0.5h to change the pcm

for a custom flash plus xcal2 is around 650$ if a remember correctly, or buy a ptp package for 1000$

thank you for the advice on the 04 pcm thing that might just be th route i take ... kudos to the people that give me advice thank you all very much
