Default Nemiro & Kevin is the S3 SCT Guru eh?

I've heard many great things about him. Im wondering what kind of S3 tunes has he done?? Has he done any big wheeled S3 tunes?? If you have been tuned by him - post up your dyno!!

Im not here to bash him, just learning more about him since I've been told by one of my tuner that nemiro he should be tuning my car, nobody else.

I have the S3 FM E3 44# compressor wheel Turbo and Im currently using the AGP SCT tune. It's not too bad, but Im seeking other options to make it run like a champ.

*edited*

Kevin is the S3 Guru. My car runs like a CHAMP now... I cant be anymore happier!

Just from my PM experience with Neil, his knowledge of the software is eons beyond Kevin's of AGPs bar none. Neil has knowledge of the software, and Kevin wants to just add and remove fuel and tell you it's your car making the tune bad because it's easier to point fingers than actually learn the software. Then again, Neil actually MAKES his own tunes. The same can't be said for AGP, lol...

Neil's been programming Chryslers since the early 1990s. I bought a reprogrammed SBEC for my 91 Spirit R/T(Lotus DOHC 2.2) from him way back in 1996. Just experience alone gives Niel the edge.

personally I think AGP eliminating the TIP sensor is REALLY a half ass cop out.

Just for the record, we received our first AGP SCT setup for an HP61 setup[customer ordered it, we installed it]. Car runs FLAWLESS and I only had to make a 1-2% change to clean up the fuel trims a tad. I didnt touch a thing up to 20psi reving to 6800rpm.

Only one touch up from Kevin was needed and it was something minor.

On a side note, Neil is the man. I look forward to having a few of his flashes come through our shop

Good to hear; maybe AGP finally got someone who knows what they're doing with the software. Not only did it take me dropping my fuel pressure down to 45, but also correcting 13% in the lower RPMs, and 8% in the upper RPMs to even get the car accelerating correctly.

Here's what I'm going to do since I still have AGP's "stock" maps for my setup:

I'm going to dyno with one of theirs, per their instructions to a T, then I'm going to dyno with another individual's and post the graphs. Then people can judge for themselves as opposed to this bullshit hearsay crap.

^^^ should be good.

whos "other" map are you going to use?

be sure to dyno both w/ your safc at 0 if possible so we can see how well "out of the box" itll be!

Well this "other" person has not responded to my pm yet.

To prevent any BS calls, I will also record the flashing of both and the SAFC 0'd out so people can't say I had the SAFC tuned as well or an entirely custom map put in.

This will be done on a .50 trimmed car; with one of the most common setups around.

Real knock? That's weird. AGP pulls a ton of timing so it's surprising you'd knock at all. I've fucked around with my piggyback so much on their tune yet I have never managed to get a degree of KR even after significan fuel correction.

im running at 28 to 30 degrees of timing w/ their tune and as a result im getting the highest of 10 kr.

with meth it brings it down to 7 or 5.. depends on the weather. i need to put in my 2nd meth jets and that ll bring the KR down
