Looking for answers, SCT tune + Stage 2 + AGP kit.

Hi gang,

I have not posted here in a while so I am behind on the times. So SCT unlocked the Mopar computer and now they can be tuned. Great.
Well my car runs great with the old school SAFC and Turbo XS dual manual boost controllers.

I want to make things work like they did from the factory.

My stage 2 with all the vac lines hooked up operating the external wastegate and BOV with the tumb switch tweeked to change boost levels with four setting. And get rid of the code scruber for the OBD inspection.

Can SCT chip acomplish this?

Can tune the car no problem. Is possible to get rid of the code scrubber.

I know it can be tuned but can it be done in the matter I want. With the Stage 2 toys. Id like the octane switch to work also with less timing.
