loading PRP software ?

I got my PRP software & dongle , faxed in legal crap , but I cannot get thru to SCT , they arent/cannot accepting calls .
How do I activate dongle , do I load DVD before or after trying to activate dongle ? What link do I use at there website to activate dongle , Do I need to download all available software for the DCX xcal unit .

How is it not working ? Ultimatley , Mike at SCT helped me out .

my first problem was getting the disk to load all the way . The green progress bar would get to 80% , the text underneath would say "13 percent complete" and it would either freeze , or time out ... I dont know .
after a couple attempts it loaded , it took foerever .
Once I got it loaded , I could not open due to a problem with update file . I got the dongle to activate , but only then should you download the advantage update software . then , according to Mike , shut down , restart , DO NOT open advantageIII , open the "advantage update" file , and install while online . you must be online , I believe .

I AM A NEWB with this PRP system , so consider that when listening to my advice . Anybody , feel free to correct me .

yep i know it`s fucking problematic each time a re install sct


i should ask sct if they have a newer version of that CD

I have yet to plug my Xcal-2 into my computer & lock it to my software yet . I hope thats not too problematic . Im assuming when I do I will lose my "dealer flash" files .
