Default Download failed

Well after waiting a while for my tune from P-werks to be emailed to me, I finally get the email with my tune (I was very excited), so I upload the tune through liveload onto my x-cal2 successfully. So then I hook the x-cal2 up to my diagnostic port and start to follow the procedure to tune my car, get to a part where it says, "turn key off module powerdown", so it counts down from 10, and says to press select, then I get the message "download failed". I called P-Werks and talked to them and they have no clue about this issue, I tried Sct's forums, but apparently you cant post anything on it. Does anyone have any clue what I need to do so I can reflash my car?

That could be a problem too... You want to do this with a fully charged battery.

Well I charged my battery, and tried flashing even with the charger still connected, and still the same thing "download failed". But the reason its not working because its not communicating with my pcm, i couldnt even get the vehicle info (like vin #) at the device info menu. I plugged the device into my friends srt and the same thing, it doesnt communicate, so its the device thats bad. Guess I'll have to send it back to sct...Again
