Def. might hit ya guys up for this cruise. I've been looking for a more local group to cruise with. I hate driving down to wj everytime my main group cruises.

As for me, I'm going the 300 hp route on the stock turbo. Don't want to go big turbo. Gonna wait til i comission in the af to buy a supra or something and turbo the bish.

DCR Pro-Series race head
DCR Pro-Lite Series Crankshaft
DCR modified Oil Pump
DCR Headstuds
DCR 5-Layer headgasket
Wiseco custom spec pistons

Bedplate Strap Kit
C.O.P. setup w/AEM CDI twinfire and MSD blaster SS coils
Rage-Tek solid LCA bushings
Coilovers (still need to order)
A few other things I'm sure I'm forgetting...

That's a shit-ton of money spent to run only 11s

You're right. But it will run better than that after all is said and done.

Low 11's, knocking on 10's is a lot different than running high or mid 11's, too. And the thing holding the car back in the past was the power band, or lack thereof, due to the stock short block! Supra style!

Being able to take the car up into the 8k rpm territory will make the setup really shine.

MY FAVORITE EQUATIONS:
Fuel Volume = (HP * BSFC) / (# of injectors * IDC)
CFM = C.I.D. * RPM * V.E. *.5 / 1728
P.R. = (PSI Boost + 14.7) / 14.7
HP = TQ * RPM / 5252

No kidding! Where did you guys learn all of your stuff? I've had to learn every thing the hard way by trial and error haha! The only thing holding me back from upgrades now is $$$$$ haha

I had to learn the hard way as well...like my wga. when i got this car i didn't even know how to put a cai. now i take that bish off regularly

I still need to get a tune, i have 6 counts of knock at 16.5 psi wot

ya i'm with you on the stock turbo at 300 horses... its plenty of power for what i do with the car. Maybe if I get corvette hungry i'll break down and load it up haha... but for now i'm gonna try and keep it as simple and basic with max hp

Any suggestions for a time and place to meet on Sunday??? Sounds like we've got people from all over the wasatch front... I think i'm the most south and I'm in Draper. We'll need a good spot to cruise on too... I know Bangerter is fun to play on... any suggestions???

trappers loop and the canyon up here in ogden is way fun.. i'm down to go wherever though... unfortunately i just got called into work on may 3-6 so i could still do it that sunday but it would have to be early... if you guys want we can do it the sunday after and that would actually give us another week to try to get some more coming.. we got like 6 already plus i got some people that arent on the forum that are coming also
