So I met a guy with a red srt4 and black rims. I forgot his name,
but came up to a couple of freinds and asked what my srt4 ran, after he
claimed his stock turbo car traps 119mph at sir. Which offcourse i called
BS. he swore it was Stock turbo/manifold, which offcourse is no possible.
I told him it wasnt possible without a big turbo or bigwheel stocker. So
finaly he said he was a SST turbo. Which even then 119mph was pushing it.
The guy was cool though and he staid and talked for a bit.
But i was just wondering if anyone new what the car really has, And if the sst was capable of 119mph.

I got mine to trap 117mph, but I was out of fuel and couldn't push it any harder. I had everything, SSTv2, ported ex-mani, 3" O2, e-cutout, ported TB, 3" intake, returnline, 750s. By the time I had the fuel issues worked out, I burned up the turbo.
I want the extra power and the e1 or sst look good. But for the price i dont know if the delta 44 kit would be better. I down want anything crazy since its still a DD.
PTP doesn't make the SST anymore. You can still get the E1 or E2 though and there is a company in florida that does the big wheel conversions too. I wouldn't push it as hard all the time as I pushed mine (25psi) if you want it to last.
Knowing what I know now, I would have just got the AGP kit first. Of course I got in on the group buy and it was very cheap. You can always start with a smaller turbo (d44) and just swap the turbo later which is real easy. These cars drive so much better with a bigger turbo on and for a DD it makes driving more enjoyable.
i know a calvin that drives a red srt w/ black rims... he was stock when I knew him though. actually some of his mods were really ghetto... home depo intake, lulz.
I havent seen the guy for over a year now though. he is kind of a street racer type.
