Saw a red stock looking one at the drags Friday. AEM sticker on the left rear passenger widow. And a Something Racing banner on the windshield. Only run of his I saw was a 14.7.
Speaking of which... I ran 14.947 @ 98mph 1st time down the track. My final run was a 14.962 @ 92mph... Yeah I was on the brakes. Still lost.

Phil Rios. The guy in the old Mustang (Will) he raced in the final round did the same thing I did. Failed to slow down soon enough and broke out. Phil was getting some bad launches and jumping hard right the last two runs, but we handed him the wins.

Well at least that other guy didn't win again or he would have been too far ahead in points to catch. I was thrashing on my big turbo install so I couldn't go...
Joe gets a virtual cookie for reminding me about the AGP GB. Let me know how the install goes and pass on any pointers!
I did it last weekend. The instructions were really good and it was pretty straightforward. I had an issue with the oil drain line clamp coming into contact with the turbo heat shield. I fixed that with a little bit of 'fabrication'. The water line in the front looks impossible to tighten on the turbo center section, but all you need is an 18mm ratcheting wrench which you have to start from the other end of the metal tubing and trace it all the way down to the fitting, tighten and remove, then put the hose on and attach to the water line on the driver side of the head. Also, make sure the fittings that come already attached to the turbo are tightened down before installing. I didn't on the bottom oil fitting,it was loose and I had to tighten it in the car. In order to make sure the turbo was clocked correctly, I sat it right next to the stock set up to get the center section right (oil lines pretty much straight up and down). The compressor side was close, but I was able to adjust it in the car while lining it up with the hot side pipe. All you do is loosen the six bolts around the perimeter and rotate the housing.
Yeah,... old.... coming from someone who is just old enough to get his license ... jk i know your older
