how are the cops there? do they care about mods on the cars? because my cars are pretty flashy and they are nowhere near stock. Basically i was wondering if i will get owned by driving my car around the city

also, how is the smog? as long as i pass the obd2 scanner, do i pass? or do they care about mods here

Smog is easy. No fumes check. Just OBDII codes check. No visual either.

Cops seem to get a lot of guys with "exhaust modified to make noise" tickets.
