Well I wanted to get a 13sec timeslip at SIR on street tires.... Hasnt happened yet. Best Ive been able to do the times ive gone out has been 14.00 @ 108. Im sure if i lower boost id be able to get a 13 sec timeslip because traction is horrible at 21psi spike. Maybe its time to buy some DRs or slicks.
14.00 So close. I know how you feel. My first attempt in my BMW I managed a 13.0, All I wanted to do was break the 12.99 barrier on street tires. Few weeks later I accomplished my goal with a 12.8 at 112mph (Stock RunFlat tires).
Your Summitomos are going to kill you. If I remember right those things will light up in a heart beat. I would recommend Falken Azenis tires, that's what I ran on my SRT-4 on the street. Of course drag radials is the next option, but seriously, SIR sucks so bad why waste the money unless your going down to the valley to run the car.
Your car is making a good MPH so your pushing some good power.

Def turn the boost down... car will pull harder and be faster if you can manage a 16-18 spike 15-16 hold at redline. Drop the tire pressure considerably will help you grab. And fether the throttle through first, master WOT shifting and shift at 5200rpm. You'll see 13's all day.

wish I could get 108 mph! perhaps after I get a dsp I will be right there with you.
the race is on though... my best is a 14.01 at 102 on street tires.

We should line up next track date. I think the car has a bit more left in it, Im hoping to get a 110mph on the stock turbo. Hopefully i can find some slicks/drs for the next track date.

Catch the track on a good prep night and you'll go mid/low 13s. That's a good MPH
yeah ive noticed on the friday TnTs the track prep sucks.

my average launch is a 2.3, occasionally I manage 2.2's and sometimes I really blow it and pull 2.5's. my rt's are pretty crappy too ... so I will probably lose to you in a race.
when are you going up to the track next?
hopefully I can get some of my future mods before the next meet... tax returns are just around the corner
future mods:
- 2 step / wot box
- boost by gear box
- dsp from agp
- walbro 255
-maybe keeping the E2
idk what Im gonna do about the E2 at the moment though. FM says to properly rebuild it you have to replace all the components and it will cost me 500$ Even if I decide to go that route it would still be cheaper than a brand new E2 (not much cheaper though)

$500 definitely not cheap. but overall the best way to make more power.
I beleive the DSP lets your control boost, so not sure if the boost box would be required, but The Walbro, DSP, and wot box are awsome mods.
dsp does boost by gear? I've heard such talk,BUT.... yeah, never actually seen it done as of yet. the dsp has been out for a while now, who knows, maybe they've figured it out.
500$ def. not cheap - considering I only paid 400 for the turbo, kinda pisses me off they charge that kind of price! one thing is certain though, Im not putting that turbo back in without a dsp in my car first!

My car is off pcm control so I dont really now if it works, but the option is there to adjust the boost. Which reminds me i still have to send it in to have it repaired. It still only scans

yeah, the option to control boost, but not BY GEAR...right?
I could be mistaken though. idk, I think I will have to ask AGP.
