Originally posted by Got PSI whats fleet sales? i spoke to a normal sales rep which im guessing is the sales droid. He's actually a very nice guy, told me he'd take $1000 dollars off an 03 model AND install a sunroof for free if he could talk me out of ordering an 04 model. i said NO...i want '04! so as soon as you get the pix up, im calling him and telling him that i have proof. Ill even tell him that im willing to drive to another state if i can get it for that price maybe he'll budge and let it go for cheap so he doesnt lose the sale. ill even walk out of the dealer and tell him to call me if he changes his mind...
got to the same dealership again, and talk to their "FLEET SALES" department.. And talk to them about ordering one for you.. You are getting ripped because you went through the sales droids and sales manager..
what is the fleet sales? what does that mean? ok im gonna look into that maybe ill get a better price and if not, ill pull out my secret weapon on them BAM!
Regarding fleet sales, it's the department that sells to car rental agencies, companies and such, most of them also handle internet sales too I believe. They also sell to normal blokes like us, they usually charge invoice + destination + very small markup (unlike the sales wing of a dealership who wants to rip you off another asshole)..
So far, this is what she gave me...
She said she'll mail me the rest of the documentation on monday once she gets my VON..
Any chance you can fax me that ? its a little hard to read and i dont want the dealer to use that as an excuse. here's the fax number...
(305) 207-6103. Thanx again!

It's in NORCO, inland empire area (close by the 15/91 freeway)
That price is including destination (at least, that's what she told me).
As for tax, license and registration - hell no If that was the case, this would be the best price *EVAR* - way below invoice.
Expect around 1700-2500$ for Tax license and registration.
The price I ordered it for is basically invoice.. In regards to the dealerships in the area, you can probably get it for the same price, just make sure you talk to the fleet sales department instead of the sales droids.
Does Frahm Dodge really give you 8yr/80,000mi powertrain warranty for free? And free oil changes for the life of the vehicle... Not that I could use the free oil changes... but an included slightly-extended warranty would be pretty cool.... 10,000 miles is a lot.... and makes a big difference....

hmmm, I don't think that price is with 8 yr/80 K warranty, just the standard 7 year / 70 K warranty.. She did mention the lifetime oil changes (which is always a good thing)..
update.. She sent this to me on the mail - it shows the invoice but printed properly.. It's weird cuz I just ordered this past monday and it already has a VIN, WTF? Obviosly, I blacked out my name and address.
