Anyone in Utah have a spare connecting rod?
I am looking for someone in or near SLC, UT that has a stock spare connecting rod you wouldn't mind giving up. I may need a piston, too. We'll see.
For those who want to know why...well, here it is.
My #4 connecting rod is bent in an S shape, and I am looking for a VERY temporary fix to transition from not having ANY means of transportation, to having at least something that will get me from point A to point B.
I am going back to work the end of this month, and currently have no vehicle (both are down due to hurt motors). The truck is nearing completion, but won't be ready in time for me to go back to work.
Anybody have a connecting rod?
