Yea, i set my boost to what Rage recommended it to be at for the tune that comes with it. 20-16 at redline and its still running lean. Hits about 14.5 in the lower rpms and comes down to the 12's near redline when the boost drops.

Yep, I'm thinking about getting some injectors or a fuel pump. Not really sure what to do. On stock fuel right now. I wanted to dyno my car at TDC for 20 dollars after the meet Saturday but looks like that not going to happen.

Also, I think the wastegate spring for mine and Keegans wastegate's are way too strong to use with the Dsport. You are supposed to set the wastegate to 10-12 psi before installing the tune. Ours are so loose the wastegate arms rattles and it still boost high. I may can tighten mine back up some and turn the boost down more on the Dsport.

I would not go WOT until you figure it out. Or turn down the boost. Do you have that new diablo thing is that why the tune is so off?

we both have the diablosport tuner... i don't have any time to mess with mine, we have both been having similar problems though.

Can't stress enough how extremely careful you need to be with WOT AFR's that lean. I've seen first hand experience of what that causes!

I'm probably gonna put the stock tune back on wait till I get some fuel mods to figure this out. Another guy on here said he was having the same problem and was told that he was maxing out his stock injectors so that is probably the problem.

I was able to get 19psi at 11.5 AFRs on my setup on the stock injectors. That was the absolute max though before the injectors would just not give me anymore. Seems odd the stock turbo at holding 16 would need that much fuel.

Yea, its something to do with that performance tune that comes on the diablosport. I was boosting higher than I am now or about the same, and my car was still running rich on stock injectors.
