Btw, I'm heading to Chicago for the auto show. I get to see the challenger in person.. WOot. Hell, I've already seen the concept in person.. Twice. lol
Well, look at the other performance cars around 40k that you could get.. brand new. that have 425hp.
The SRT version.. the top of the line is 40k. Which when thinking about it.. it sucks, but oh well.
The R/T version will be even cheaper... and then the V6.
But for 40k, i could buy a used viper if i wanted. I loved the way the challenger looked. Looked just like it did when i saw the concept pretty much.
Yea maybe if they ever decide to make them eligible for the DCX discount. I might consider it. I figure after they have been out for awhile, they will let us use the discount just like they did with the SRT10. Im sure it will all depend on the dealer tho. Some may allow it and some wont.
My dad is up for retirement in a year, but Im trying to talk him into working an extra year or two so we can go in together and get a viper. But that will be a few years down the road.
