Default Stage 2 ?

Hey guys its been a long time, ive been busy with work and stuff but i finally got my stage 2 kit /w toys in after a 6 month wait, but anyways i have it all installed and it seems to be working great, the car pulls hard and smooth but the only thing bugging me now is the idle. It idles at about 900rpm or so and vacs at 20 but it sounds like its missing through the exhaust theres like a void in the sound every now and then and then theres a pop. Also when it does this my vac bounces up to 18 or 17 and if you look close it looks like the boost gauge lights are dimming when it does this. Any ideas?

Mod List: Mopar Stage 2 with toys. NGK 4306 plugs gap 36-37, Mopar CAI and bolar exhaust with 3in downpipe, msd wires, mopar bov, mpx intercooler

Im not sure exactly what it could be, im going to trace all my connections for the stage 2 out and make sure there on solid and stuff, and im going to change my plugs and wires again, just changed them 2 months ago, but other than idle the car runs great and pulls hard. Ill see if i can upload a video or sound file so you can see whats going on. Thanks guys for any help

The bigger injectors will make your idle a little rougher.Happened to mine with stage 2 also.Dont know about the other problems though.

We're helping sponsor this event for these guys. Seems like they've got a good thing goin on down there. In order to help out the event Im asking all who can, come on down and show south carolina what Western North Carolina has got. We're heading down Saturday morning, meeting at the shop in Black Mountain at 7:30, heading out by 8:00. If anyone wants to follow us just hit me up or get onto the forum and Ive started a thread. www.appalachianperformance.com/forum. We're doing some work on the website but click on through to the old site.

To preregister go to: Clemson Motorsports Festival

Default Why i dont like others touching my car....

As a couple of you know my health took a down turn about a year ago and i stopped working on my car.Well i finally decided to hire someone to do the labor under my direct
instruction.I mean what could go wrong?....i'll tell you.

After sliding in the drivers axle is start feeling really nauseous so i give my helper the srt manual and tell
him to torque the upright bolts while i go check my blood
sugar.I come back to find he has broken one of the bolts.
Torque is supposed to be 40 lb-ft then turn 90 degrees. He
has the wrench set to 180 lb-ft

He's fired
