Sounds like exhaust leaks to me... Here is a secret not many know... Well maybe everyone knows but no one does it. Anyway, get some high temp antisieze that is laden with copper bitts. Looks like a copper paste. Put that on all your gaskets and it will seal up your gaskets. A friend of mine use to run a shop in Houston... Had a turbo rx7 and integra... Integra put down 378hp with 297ftlbs on no more than 13 or 14psi. Ran both his cars with no exhaust gaskets.. just the high temp copper antisieze. I've done it on my car and no pops on decel or intermittent shifting. This should eliminate any popping cause by exhaust leaks- if it still pops then its coming from somewhere else-

Did some say 'bitts'

I used some of that on bolts, studs and a lil on the DP gasket...all good here.

Fill the engine with Seafoam, when you start the car, make sure the smoke is only coming out of the tail pipe.

I have another theory too. I am still having issues with the car since I took out the FPR from PTP. I never found the stock O-ring on the old FPR and I think it may have become lodged in there. It never came out of the canister that the FPR sits in. I didn't know what to look for so I didn't know there was a problem. I am dropping the tank tomorrow to have a good look.

As of right now iam at 42psi (fuel) and iam tuning the rest on the SAFC2 and still pretty rich (10.2af) time to turn up to 22lbs

LMK what happends

Where did you get the fuel rail from? I don't have a spare fuel rail.

<---- Daniel

I picked up the o4' rail from a buddy of mine for 30$ and a swap for my rail.

If you can pick up a fitting -6 or -4 AN fitting (stainless steel) and get it welded to the end of the rail and ur set. You can prolly find one at summitracing.com or jegs.com.
I was gna do that FPR mod like you Dan but I know sooner or later but I that pump is gonna start squelling and give out sooner.

KThanks bye
