^ Me and Jason can knock out a tranny/clutch change in about 3hrs , but this is our 4th time doing it (in his car ) in the past 6 months .
So if us two tards can do it im sure it muct be real simple .
*edit 3hr finished ready to roll
thats not bad it takes me about 6 hours to change the tranny but thats with just 2 floor jacks and 2 jack stands to hold every thing up
and BTW sorry to hear you got fucked on that car that sucks big time that would have been a bad ass car in good condition are the turbos fucked too?
Sucks to hear Don. Maybe try posting over in the drivetrain forum. From what I read, Our tranny's make all types of weird noises. Hell the solid tranny mount had me scared to death my tranny was going to explode at first. After reading through a bunch of post and PMing some guys, I have come to the conclusion that it is just a bunch of normal noises that I just could not hear with the crap stock mount.
Anyways. B-Woody solid Mounts fucking ROCK!
The things have just gotten better and better. The car now feels almost like stock, Only with hardly any wheel hop! I even tried turning on the a/c last night to see what kind of horrid shakes I got. I could hardly tell it was on.

Map clamp and timing question. I don't have anything hiding boost from the PCM right now. Is that why I am seeing only 24 degrees of timing?
On another note, put the bigger water injection nozzle in tonight and holy shit what a difference. It's a 9 gph nozzle instead of the 6 gph I had. Timing min was 20-21 and rose to 24 and stayed there. Never got out of the 20s, car pulled a hell of a lot better too. I didn't have time to check the afr everything happened so fast. I think I am starting to like this turbo again... maybe...
Seafoamed the car tonight. 1/2 through the throttle body and 1/2 through the gas tank. Car smoked like a chimney. Glad I did it at night. Only one problem though... I noticed a small amount of smoke coming out from where the 02 housing bolted up to the turbo outlet. Is this hurting me? I mean it's an exhaust leak and the best I can tell it's because the gasket and custom 02 housing don't match exactly up. Am I losing anything w/ this small exhaust leak after the turbo?
When we did jason's tranny saturday he noticed that 3 of the bolts bolts holding the O2 to the manifold were gone . I would definetly say it would cause problems , per jason and christian .
It's a really small one though. I mean it was barely puffing smoke compared to the amount coming out of the tailpipe. The only trouble is I think it is due to the gasket. I might have to go back to the original O2 housing and ditch this 3" one.

Do you have the MPX one? If so, that is the problem, I would go with a Maxfabb 3" o2 housing with a bracket.
