Hybrid I was going to, but my goodies have not came in. My coolingmist kit wont arrive until next week at the earliest, fpr isnt complete and even shipped out yet, FTM I am also getting from PTP hasnt been finished yet, and last but not least my slicks havent came in. LoL so I could go and race yea....I just really hate running when I know the potential that I could run when its tuned correctly with the right shoes on ya know. I may end up going to the event anyways. It all depends on if the injection kit comes in or not by next week. The 18th and 19th are the only 2 days I can get help installing the kit is why...
I wouldnt mind goin... but no a/c and no power steerin durin the summer time??? I doubt I could handle that! I can always hook a trailer up to the cavalier and pull it there?? haha!! Plus It already gets warm.. runs up to about 220.. then the fans kick on and knock it back down to 180 about?? but glynn said it had a 180 t stat in there so I dunno? durin the summer it will probably be parked for good.. battery takin out and everything! Might get a storage unit to put it in! But I still wouldnt mind goin up there to the nats with you and checkin out the scene?? we will see how things go though!

I may or may not have one guy going with me, but he told me to remind him a month before the event to see if he can really go. Will you be able to go? Right now I know I am going and rooming with the same guy I always have. He is a pretty big guy so he takes up a bed by himself....if you didnt mind using a cot/sleeping bag to sleep on you could room with us. If you are for sur eyou can go though I will have the other guy I asked to go just sleep on the floor You NEED to do a radiator flush man. When my car spewed engine coolant everywhere the other week I filled it up temporarily with some coolant and water. Mine was doing the same thing until I did a full flush. Now after the flush it doesnt go maybe halfway and the fans kick on and bring down the temps. I suggest heading to the quicklube place right by my house...accross from police station on st. martin and get it flushed...gimme a call and I will go with ya. Cost isnt that much, but way worth it. LoL you pulling the srt in a cavy and me pulling mine in a metro...if it would work

well even still I dont have no a/c so I doubt I will be drivin.. I will probably trailer it! Just gotta find a trailer with some workin lights!!! I know of 2 trailers.. but neither one of them have workin lights! And if I get it trailered that will probably be one more person to go??? Unless he lets me take his truck for the week? I will just let him use the cavy.. Cause I dont think the cavy will be makin it up there.. pullin the neon... haha it should be the other way around.. both are neons pull the other cars haha they have the damn power and torque to do it!!
Well see the car was gettin extremely hott... so I put some more antifreeze in it and it brought it down but it still climbs up to the 200 range if not a little more... But see I never spewed fluid.. just a tiny pin whole sprayed antifreeze out of the little heater hose under the tb... but a flush wouldnt hurt at all! I have a few things I want to get done to the car at least by may or june... when are the nats again? and where are they.. isnt it like around virgina? sorry I dont keep up news or these things! But yeah I am sure I will be able to go.. just need to know when and I will take like a month off work and after the nats I will go to maine and see my dad! I just need to know when so I can make plans with my dad and to let work know! but keep me posted on it and I will let you know when the time gets a little closer like in april or may... so we will see man... but I would love to go so more than likely I might just ride with you if all else fails? if thats cool! and just go to check it out!! anyways let me know later
gulfport dragway reopened tonight and there were 3 srt's, me, a guy named chris and another black with texas tags. didn't get to chat to him, and i was the only one not to race..(boost leak)..BIG boost leak..chris was pulling a consistant 14.20 and the other black one was pulling mid 14's. maybe next wed more will show up. well i was just seeing if anyone else will be there next week? maybe we can all meet up and convoy over to the track. chris if you read this ..pm when you come back to slidell.

I was wonderin were all the srts came from? The black one with the texas tags, his name is sam! He is over here in pascagoula.. his name is samiam on here! The other guy in the black srt (bronze rims), his name is rob, lives there in gulfport.. He is on mscoastracing.com more, his name on there is robdet if you are interested?? And chris with the red srt.. for just havin intake, exhaust and the wastegate... he is doin good! Gulfport just sucks ass with their track prep! Horrible!!!! That wont be a problem in a week or 2! Gettin some slicks ordered! I was there in the 1st gen srt neon( BLACK FRONT CAP/ AND PURPLISH BLUE REAR!).. I teched in around 7-7:30, Got 1 and only 1 run! good ole 14.42 spinnin through the 1/8th, 1st to 2nd ripped the shift knob off.. and bounced of the rev limiter a few times, then shifted into 3rd and bogged because of the gt 40 turbo! Still managed a 106.5 mph! Traction just owns me! Me and my friend kevin (vschaos) from here, went back friday night and the best time he managed was a 13.40@110! Still boggin down 3rd a little, and still has a pretty good boost leak ( I think)?? But we will be back out there maybe next friday.. if the slicks are in... but def. be there for street wars on april 9th! hopefully runnin mid to low 12.s on 15psi! Only time will tell?? If anyone is interested I am selling my Black 03 Srt4. I would prefer to sell it locally. It is a stage 3 w/o toys car with many extra mods. It has been 12.48 with a best mph of 114. I have 18'' RS limited Ikaris wheels and some 15'' wheels with slicks that go with it. I am asking $14,000 for the car and if anyone is interested just PM me for pics and more info.

hey guys i thought id jump in really quick, i will start a thread for it too, but i have an eblue hood for sale . im in metairie, so if anyone in LA would like to come and see it, ill let it go for a steal, or a reasonable trade. the hood is perfect except for a dime sized dent that is in it. its almost not even noticable. other than that no paint is gone or anything. if any one is interested. pm me and we can work out a deal. im moving back to FL and dont have the room for it really. i figured whatever i can make on it, will cover some of my move. ill work out a price to please. let me know. ill let you come look it over.- mike
