yea, i have heard TOO MANY horror stories about USAREC. if i got pulled out of the last part of the Q course to go be a recruiter, i would show up to that place with a lit joint in my lip and stoned out of my mind. seriously, if some shit like that happened to me, i would be one angry dude for my 3 year tour as a recruiter. recruiters=car salesman. no offense, Shane. i know u didn't pick to be one and you gotta do what you gotta do.

damn right! those were good for at least 10hp a piece!

don't hate; that car was fast as hell for having a 'junkyard' small block in it. not to mention it would still put damn near any SRT-4 to shame in the twisties and it was running pretty close to the same times you are running in your car. i wouldn't expect you to fully understand until you have actually driven or ridden in one.

i guess now you will start hating V8 RX-7's because i had one too, right? typical 'regular army'... hate something that they can't understand...

sure dude....

your only like 3 or 4 years older than me.

and just so you know, the military isn't the only thing i got, so before you start assuming, maybe you should do some background investigation. i was a pipe welder before i joined the military. i was 'certified' in MIG, TIG, HeliARC, and stick rod. in my spare time at work, i made my own exhaust system and long-tube headers for my '76 Jeep CJ7 w/the AMC Javelin 390 motor swap when i was 16. now, just because i was 'certified' doesnt mean there weren't other people that could do the same job as me or do it as good. it just meant that i had been to school and learned how to do it. i have also been turning wrenches on a car for a very long time. you don't grow up in a household where speed is like second nature and not learn how to mess with a ford, mopar, or chevrolet.

so with that said, now you know; and knowing is half the battle! GI JOE!!!!

Ono's is pretty good, Tim is the only person in Jacksonville I would trust touching our car.
You can do the fuel pump, injectors, and the wideband yourself. It is pretty easy. I did my fuel pump in my driveway before. Just make sure you dont have alot of gas in the tank. The injectors are really easy. It would save you some money to do them yourself. Just my 2 cents

soo when in that statement did i sound pissed? i am curious because i def wasn't lol. i like to debate alot, i have stated that already. i am not trying to get in a dick measuring contest, because i would hate for you to come up short

also, you should take notice that i don't go around bragging about any of my skills. i can turn a wrench and tune just as well as the next guy, but i don't go around bragging it.

like i said, if you aren't cocky/arrogant, you have a funny way of showing it. also, i haven't ever met you before either, so take it for what it's worth that i really don't know you that well and you def don't know me. im a very easy guy to get along with (just ask brandon and those guys).
