All this talk about DCR is making me wish that I would get a donation from someone to help me buy some of there parts.

Yea....i have actualy seen a Option B break....right in front of my eyes...on video! And DCR claims this and that was the cause, blah blah blah. The "hands down strongest" engine (as well as extremely over priced) as a lot of build up in it.

PM and talk with Rage, FBM, Tkmotorsports, and Arronneon before you choose a band wagon to jump on.

DCR's truely good innovative parts are his oil pump, twin turbo, and Auto...thats it. Everything else was sarted or ehanced by someone else. Just my .02

Dont get upset dave ...On a side note, sick vid/pass....what is your set up on suspension/tires/rims? Were those kosei K1's?

I think im gonna go built tranny(bilet input, 3/4 synchro and fork, clutch fork, shift selector, and a stage 5X SB clutch) and some VW steelies.

nope got no instructions there is a how to in there section but the lca's i got are the new version and old version does not have washers. and i was Reading the the sell tread and nemo said they are for either side of the rear bushing it makes no since i got four washers. I'm thinking they go on both sides but not sure.ohhh shit nm their they go on the top and bottom of the rear bushing found it after i looked at these pics

ok i know who you are talking about and see what happened was the guy was reving it in reverse for like 15 to 20 minutes and also hitting the rev limit all the time had it in wrong gear. so he hurt the motor o and the other thing is i think it was a option a not b but if so damn that is crazy that is a 1000 hp motor i would have to see that video. not saying it cant happen just would like to see.

never get upset just like to bust balls and see the true side of people that is what tells you the most about someone how fast they are going to get pissed off because you have different thoughts

No. Hes a local and he broke it on the interstate. It is a B. I know him very well, dont really like him but I do know of him.

and thats why ptp gets majority of my vote. it doesnt matter who the vendor is really, as long as they make a good part for a pretty good price.

Yeah I used to be die hard PTP but of recently he has either branched out to much or just lost his touch...He claimed that new "super 60" turbo would full spool at like 3300 or something and drastic isnt hitting 18lbs until like 3800....

Be very weary of him and his antics. Cross posting in other vendors section abut there sales, i donnu...I have my eyes open. Great guy. Great customer service. Ok products

i think the only thing im gonna have on my car that is PTP is their new Stage 3 WGA that SHOULD have already been released last week sometime and still isnt. when i got on the GB, he said they would be released 2 weeks after the original post. here it is nearly 3 weeks later and no wastegates. i know that isn't that bad, but i really really need that wastegate lol.

oh yea, btw anyone need a set of Crower Stage 2's? $275 from my door to yours. Also, i have a set of DCR Valve Springs NIB that you will need to run these cams (stock ones aren't stiff enough). $120 for the springs w/the cams. after some further research, i think that these cams are slightly on the large side of what i need for my car and setup. maybe when i go S256 i could use a set, but i need a set of crane 12's or 14's or maybe a set of 2.0L cams. just something to bump up the top end a little bit and help the spool.
