Pacific NW Neon Meet 2009

1st annual neon meet for the pacific northwest will be held in the summer/fall of 2009.

date to be announced

location will be in boise idaho.
i will be getting a hold of some other neon locals here to help set up the event.
this is a little over a year from now, so we have all year to plan what will go on ect. hoping to do it on a 3 day weekend in summer/fall.

ideas are:
drag racing at firebird raceway
Firebird Raceway
meet and greet
cruise the city
raffle for prizes/money
more as ideas come into play

contact me at
dazzellerr@hotmail.com and post in here for those with questions or who will be attending.

plans also include trophies to those that show. winners of specific catagories of course.
longest drive, best show, fastest, quickest, most beat to hell :P , ect ect.

stay tuned!

contacted firebird raceway today, waiting on prices for a track rental day for us neon owners.
will post up the prices as well as any other specifics that they give me.

hoping for a minimum of at least 30 neons and their owners.

also, check this site out for planning of places to stay in boise.

This should be a great turn out with NV, CA and AZ all right on that corner.

I'd go. If you forgot, it kinda sits right next to Oregon too All I have to say is Idaho cops are bastards though, and not pleasant to deal with.

I could be interested. I'm in Boise. It would be nice to meet some local SRT-4 owners.

not pacific NW. OR/WA is pacific nw. i would say it can claim mountain west or just west... doesn't boarder the pacific...

boise is fairly central for most of the west coast and about a 8 hour drive for me. i will go if I am not deployed.
