I think if I keep the truck, its value would have been even worse in a few months...The article on MSN's webstart page convinced me of that....Its titled "large trucks ride off into the sunset" which means no one wants them anymore, including myself.....My buddy that is from Hatteras works as a manager at Beach Ford, so he did the best he could for me, he also told me they have trucks on the lot having Birthdays....Some of the F-250/350's have been there over a year, and they would sell them at a loss, but nobody wants them. You can get a 40K supercrew for like 25K......Some people are 10-15K upside down now on trucks....and its getting worse......I'll keep this, and trade it for a 6-speed r/t Challenger in 09...the srt version is too much money......

Oh and Carmax in Newport News has an 06 silver Srt-8 Jeep for 27K.....I just dont want to deal with used car financing, the rates are too high.......

Well if you didn't like your 07 then what the hell do you think is gonna happen differently with the 08? What exactly did they change? Sounds like a dumb choice to me.

The 07 was a black on black 5-speed with the polished 18's also, but it had wierd problems from the start.....The front end clunked like the bushings were bad, and the dash and interior rattled from day one....It was a Monday built car I think. I picked up the 08 today....Its good to go with a 25 average Mpg.....Maybe if fuel prices fall a little it might be time for some 4.10's and a whipple charger.....My srt in stock form would still run circles around this car, the new mustangs are heavy slugs without a power adder........The list is now as follows:

08 Mustang Gt
04 .50 trim DCR Powered Srt-4
00 Srt-4 Swapped Plymouth Neon (In Progress)
02 Neon SE sporting some 18" Nexos
90 Mustang 5.0 Coupe
92 Mustang Gt
93 Dodge Daytona r/t
05 Yukon Denali XL

Lets just say my garage and yard is full........

Oh and somone Just traded a silver srt-4 caliber in at Beach if anyone is interested....

You obviously are not concerned with getting good mileage if you have all those cars and yet choose to drive a Mustang GT. I would bet the 02 Neon gets better MPG.

I'm guessing you're not getting rid of the truck because you have to, or for any other reason than you want to. Props.

The truck is my daily driver that I use for work, the neon gets good mileage as well, and I do use it also to get to work....Diesel is 499.9 here on the island, and the 150-160 dollar fillups I just cant justify....The truck had a 34 gallon tank and was getting about 16-17 mpg. Being in the restaurant business I thought about biodiesel, but I just dont feel like messing with it........

Yeah.. got the RV out a couple times @ 7 mpg PLUS the tank for the generator.

We got the pump to shut off twice at $100.
