This time im going 5% in the tint if im gonna be pulled ova might as well look good doing so

If the cop knows the law, yes you can be issues a ticket. Good luck, i would go with whats legal in your state and call it a day. 35% for MD, but i am not sure about tint in the front.

the way the law is, it does not matter what state you car is registered in...If you are in NC with a Florida registered car, with illegal in NC tint, but legal in Florida...you still can get a ticket....Just an example.....

I'm in law enforcement so I know.....most cops let it slide, and if you are in the military, special rules apply to registrations, but not window tint.......

most cops could care less about a tint ticket...its whats called a chicken shit charge, like stopping someone for a seatbelt or license plate light...You just look for someting like that to initially stop the vehicle for..then move on to something like revoked license or dwi....It also depends on how nice you are......

Yeah go bust some drug dealers or child molesters and leave me and my car tint alone. I just want to preserve my precious Dodge interior and look stylish while doing so .
