Default SRT Track Experience Has Been Experienced!!!

Well,

Chris, Brandon and myself just got back from VIR and the SRT Track Experience!!!

All I have to say is DAMN!!!!

It was WAAAAYYYYY Better than I ever thought it would be. It is exactly what they bill it to be. An entire day of Seat time in the best of the best that SRT has to offer. Going solo down the back stretch in an SRT-6 Roadster at 135 MPH and trail braking it into that last hairpin before the switchbacks MUST BE EXPERIENCED TO BE UNDERSTOOD!!!

If you have a car that gets you this experience for free, YOU MUST GO!!! PERIOD!!! No Excuses. Unless you roadrace on a regular basis, it will be the time of your life. And yes you get drive all of them as HARD as you possible can. I learned alot too, skills I can use everyday. Just go, it will be an event that you remember for the rest of your life! I promise! For those of you in the HRC that didn't go, CALL INTO WORK DEAD if you have to. The next time it comes close you have to go.

I went twice in beaver Run PA. Fell in love with the 6.
Sadly i don't think i will go again though. The $300 price was ok to deal with, but i can't justify paying $500.

I agree.

I've always been more into road racing and autoX than drag. The SRT-6 is AMAZING to drive. It isn't all about the straight line speed, it's about the handling too. Anybody cna build a motor and drive fast in a straight line. I prefer to throw a few curves into the mix, that's why I agree that the SRT-6 is the best overall SRT vehicle. It is brillian in the twisties.

After the SRT experience, I'm def. going to get back into SCCA AutoX and track days. It's just more fun for me than Drag.
