I was headed up Route 4 in Calvert by St. Leonard's and there was a NSRT pulled over on the southbound side. The two guys were sitting on the grass with their hands behind their back. Had 6 cop cars pulled over. It was an OB with a sideexit and the front plate was mounted to the side of the intercooler.
