Retrofit Headlights
Anyone in Delaware or somewhere close know how to install retrofitted headlights? I mean splicing the wires together, mounting the ballasts, and hooking everything up. If someone knows how to do it and can help me install them or knows a shop that can do it let me know. Thanks
