Do you have a ext harness for the NEO r the wires long to get to the CPU??? I made a ext harness for my AFC2 to get to the CPU.
The ext harness you buy is to short.

Yes, it has the harness extension, I am going to buy some extra wire though because the dude I bought it from said he clipped the wires about an inch from the PCM so they are going to be a little short.

the neo is extremely easy to install once you have all your wires figured out... all you need is a good solder gun, and your wires all laid out... after i extended the wires on mine it was just a 25 minute job to "cut and paste" all the wires in the correct spots. haha.

Haha... same here. I am waiting on my buddy to see if he can get off of work yet or not. You can still get tickets online and print them out. That is what we are going to do if he can get off of work.

If any of you end up going let me know and we can meet up for a beer before we go inside.
