Default Interest in a dyno day/tuning event in your area

Hello everyone!

My name is Chris Macellaro owner of Macellaro’s Performance Tuning; I am a new vendor to the forum.

The reason for this post is to get an idea of interest for an upcoming dyno day in your area. I will post this thread in each one of the regional sections. I will gauge the generated interest from these threads and decide if and in what location we may set-up a dyno day/tuning event in the near future.

I have a couple of questions for the people that are interested…

When is the best time for you to have your car tuned?
At what facility in your area is the best place for you (needs to be a load bearing dyno)?

If enough interest is generated in your area I will start another thread after we have all come to a conclusion as to the dates and shops that you guys have chosen.

For the SRT-4 guys I will mainly be tuning the new AEM EMS standalone, I do tune Greedy emanage and the different piggyback and AFC’s for these cars also. Mainly I will stick to the AEM EMS due to the fact that these other controllers are tuned in many shops around the country. However if the request is made I will consider tuning the system on a customer by customer basis.

I tune a verity of systems and different makes and models, so if you own another vehicle that you would like to have tuned other than an SRT-4 please inquire.

I think you guys with the AEM EMS standalone will find my prices to be very competitive with other AEM tuners in the market.

Here is a link to the pricing page on my website… http://www.macellarosperformancetuni...ges.php?vid=25

Also if you are an individual that would like to organize or help with preparation for the event in your area… arrangements can be made for a discounted tuning rate for your vehicle.

Feel free to contact me via email, pm or phone. I will check each of these threads regularly for any questions you guys may have for me, also you may directly ask me questions in my vendor section on this forum if you would like.

Thank you so much for your time everyone!
Chris Macellaro

This is where we usualy have our dyno days and we have them atleast 4 times a year it is around 35$ for 3 pulls( A lil more for non-HR CREW around 40$-45$) and that is around 20 or so cars on saturday(from 8AM-4PM)and 15-20 on sunday(from 8AM-4PM for the ones that have to tune a bit) most of us are in the military and that is prolly the best day's for the HR CREW(The 7 CITIES area around [VIRGINIA] Hampton/Norfolk/VA Beach and so on) If you can get us a better deal I am in and I am sure the HRC will be to

Thank you for your interest sir!

That looks like a great operation! Generally when I travel to a location it is for tuning purposes only. As the expenses involved in travel and lodging would require me to make some financial profit. I would love to come to your area if enough guys were in need of tuning.

So what military post is in that area? It has been awhile for me. My ETS was over 8 yrs ago now (US ARMY) and am not up on all the current active military posts in the country. It would be my honor to come out and tune some cars of active members of the military.

thank you

I think john need to get everything back together before he can hop on this. Tuning an AEM ems without a running motor would be kinda pointless just my thought after a couple of beers
