Check all your fuses in the power distribution center under the hood. My buddies '04 SRT recently did this. His car was actually driving and just died. At the time I couldn't figure out WTF was going on but for some reason one of the fuses in that PDC had died. Of course it has to be colder than hell outside when your car dies. Why do they always do that?

Keep us updated and give a yell if you can't figure it out. The dealer still never really figured out why the fuse died. Nothing is wrong with the car.
