Default HRC: Clutch Question

Hey all, I've been having hard shifting issues and want to get my tranny/clutch checked out...wheres a good place to go? I tried cottman in va beach but they were too busy makes me feel like they arent gonna spend the time and effort they should be. thanks!

is it a hard shift into all gears or is it just one gear?

pm replied thanks, and its mainly from 1st to 2nd and sometimes down shifting at higher rpms.
