The system is a single stage system. Injection is triggered by the DDS3v8 junction box.

The junction box reads sensor signal from the MAP sensor. User can set the trip point with a small potentiometer on the DDS3 Junction box.

Alternative, you can configure the DDS3v8 to read fuel duty cycle % to trigger the system.

what type of pump is it?
You may just need to purchase the DDS3 + some fittings.

You will probably need to convert your pump to a "by-pass" type. The "demand switch" type can cause pressure spikes, as much as 20psi. Other than that, the rest is very simple.

You will probably need to flow quite a bit of fluid especially if you are running high concentration of methanol.

Just getting the DDS3 portion will give you good degree of failsafe should the system fail to deliver the correct amount of fluid.

I see if I can find a wiring diagram to let you see how this can be done.

I presume you have a custom EMS?

It will be great to use this system to provide some in-cylinder cooling. Are you planning to run pump fuel to achieve those outputs?

The aem ems is able to run speed based boost, gear based boost, traction control, 2 step launch controller. 1st and 2nd gear will be toned down quite a bit. It will be all in the tuning.
