Thanks for the compliment. The pics are nice but they do perform better than they look

So what kinda gains did you guys see on the intake mani ported on 50 trim turbo kits and bigger?
We generally will see 8-12whp if you have a stock turbo, 10-15 on a mildly modded S3 car, and "more" if you have a big turbo setup. We typically see 14-18whp on well modded 50 trim setups.
I can't remember the tech article, but someone on here did a flow comparison of TB's and it essentially broke down like this: (may have lost a little accuracy in remembering, but this should be a rough idea)
at ~325-350whp the stocker becomes a restriction
at ~425-475 a 55mm becomes a restriction
at ~550-575 a 60mm becomes a restriction
at ~625-650 a 62mm becomes a restriction
at ~750+ a 70mm becomes a restriction
Keep in mind these are generalities, and you can still get a 600whp car on a 55mm, but it's just making your turbo work harder for it.
To answer your question though, most of the time I am doing TB matches to stock or 55mm tb's when people are on the stock or S3 turbo kits. From there I generally am matching to 60/62 (what we match to the most).
I gained 8hp and 22tq two days after install. I think I might have gained more If I allowed the ecu more time to re-learn
