Default Sample pics, pricing and general info on Portwork

Stock turbo and manifold portwork

Full port and polish in the 'elbow' between the O2 flange and exducer bore. O2 side can be matched to an aftermarket 3" O2 housing with no extra charge. New Mopar exhaust gaskets will be shipped with as well. Optional advanced thermal ceramic coating will boost performance an additional 1-6% in HP (according to manufacturer's claims) plus it will lower engine bay temps and really cleans up the cast iron look.

Typical gains are up to ~15hp/20tq more at the wheels (keep in mind you will only see these gains if the PCM does NOT have controll of boost). Other benifits are lower EGT's (great for those who use the bottle), quicker spool by ~200-300rpm, and increased thermal efficiency of the manifold.

PnP stock turbo and exhaust manifold: $280
PnP stock exhaust manfold only: $240
Advanced ceramic coating: $90 (black or blue)
Advanced ceramic coating: $160 (red, or orange)
Core fee (if needed): $250
Shipping: generally ~$30-35 via UPS ground, but can be shipped via other methods.

Mopar Stage 3 turbo and manifold portwork

Break down of typical results seen from Stage 3 setups:

For reference "full spool" is a relative term so for the purpose of this post we'll call it 22psi

Base S3 kit (no porting or wheel upgrades): ~300-310whp pump/~330-340whp HOM and full spool ~3200prm
FFP ported S3 (no wheel upgrades): ~330-360whp on pump/~360-390whp on race (rare occasions we've seen over 400whp) full spool 2600-2700RPM
FFP ported S3 kit with 44lb wheel: ~380-410whp and full spool ~2900prm
FFP ported S3 kit with 47lb wheel: ~365-375whp on pump/ ~420-450whp on race gas and full spool by 3400rpm
Comming soon FFP ported S3 with 47lb wheel AND turbine shaft upgrade. Preliminary calculations show this combo can exceed 500whp. Actual calculations for our cars show it at ~524whp but we have seen this combo put down 475 on about a dozen 2.0L Mitsu's. Spool shouldn't vary by more than 100-200rpm when compared to the standard 47lb upgrade. But actual results on this newest option will vary.

The reason for the ranges are becase each turbo and manfiold was on a car with a different tune, with different configurations and different elevations. If you are really into exact numbers, I would hit up the regional section or a local board and look for a setup similar to what you are planning and go from their results.

Full port and polish in the 'elbow' between the O2 flange and exducer bore. O2 side can be matched to an aftermarket 3" O2 housing at no extra charge. Optional advanced thermal ceramic coating will boost performance an additional 1-6% in HP (according to manufacturer's claims) plus it lowers engine bay temps and really cleans up the cast iron look.

Typical gains with the portwork and ceramic coating is up to ~47hp/60tq more at the wheels (keep in mind you will only see these gains if the PCM does NOT have controll of boost). Other benifits are lower EGT's (great for those who use the bottle), lower engine bay temps, quicker spool by ~300-700rpm, and increased thermal efficiency of the manifold.

PnP S3 turbo and exhaust manifold: $395
PnP stock exhaust manfold only: $345
FFP Big S3 turbo upgrade: $535 (for 47lb/min wheel) *any used turbos should be rebuilt, this cost is not in the upgrade price, price is assuming a new turbo is being used*
FFP BIGGER S3 turbo upgrade (larger turbine wheel and 47bl/min Compressor wheel): $ Will be available via groubuy only
Advanced ceramic coating: $90 (black or blue)
Advanced ceramic coating: $160 (red, or orange)
Cryo treatment (to prevent the ramp from cracking, good for all manfiolds but HIGHLY recommended for any upgraded turbo setups) $180
Core system not available at this time for S3 manifolds
Shipping: generally ~$30-55

Why go this route? While there are other S3 options out there, and here is the dyno of a before and after a competitor's offering and my portwork. My work is shown in blue and really highlights the spool characteristics that can be achieved with my work on S3 kits. Again this is my work compared to another leading competitor's

Stock intake manifold portwork

Full port and polish in the runners and all the way into the surgetank not just the first ~6" like some others. Intakes can have the surgetank matched to a 55mm,60mm or 62mm tb at no extra charge. If a match to a 70mm tb is needed, there is an additional fee for the added welding required to ensure a strong manifold. Also those choosing to have the manifold coated with the advance thermal coatings, will have a new thermal blocking ceramic applied to the flange for added protection. This additional coating will reduce the thermal transfer of heat from the head to the intake lowering your intake temps. All intake manifolds will ship with a new Mopar gasket.

Typical gains (on just the stock turbo) is up to ~12hp/10tq more at the wheels (keep in mind you will only see these gains if the PCM does NOT have controll of boost). Gains should be even higher on a big turbo setup (I'm looking for a guinea pig here...) Other benifits are increased flow, great if you are stock turbo and even better if you are big turbo.

PnP stock intake manifold (street-portmatch): $190
Port to 70mm option (required welding fee): $40
Advanced ceramic coating (including barrier on flange): $90 (available in black only)
Core fee (if needed): $200
Shipping: generally ~$20-25 via UPS ground, but can be shipped via other methods.

How much for just the exhaust manifold? I have an Enforcer 1 turbo on the way and I'm looking for a good exhaust manifold to complement it.

I get asked this alot so I have now updated the pricing options for the EM only. You are one of several that have decided to go this route, so let me know when you are ready!
