Good example of properly port matched intake manifolds
One of the keys to high levels of sustained, and smooth power is having a perfect match of your intake to your head to 'extend' the port into the manifold. Ideally the airflow will never shift or change because the shape of the two pieces is now portmatched. Pics are worth a thousand words though

You know it. Funny thing is there is not enough press out there to illustrate how extremely important it is to have your whole intake and head matchup for the best performance.
Bob, I finally got my hands on a core intake manifold - I need one ported/polished for a mpx 62mm TB. Shoot me the shop address so I can mail the core and let me know the price.
