I'm rambling too far off topic on just one last thought and I'll shut up.
Although I fear FFP tests will be just a bit too much like a show than a true "test", at least in the scientific sense, it will be very interesting to see the results, and they should be applauded for all their hard work.
Sorry if I muddled up the thread......
Duster, I can see where you are comming from. I will not say that this test is without it's marketing initiatives. All three parties are hoping to boost sales from the visibility this test brings. I would love to pickup the portwork and ceramic coating work should this test pan out as I predicted. AGP I'm sure will be all for trying to get some porting done on their kits if there is enough of a performance gain from it as it would make their kits even better. MA Performance is new here on the forums but has had a strong local presence here in Minnesota for a while and not only do they have phenomenal pricing on the vast majority of the product they sell, they actually have install services and dyno services to boot.
I will say that beyond the publicity that I am after, I am not looking to falsify the data to boost sales. If the results come back and there is a loss of 10whp and an increase in spool time, then that will be shared and the chances of me getting any work out of this test is hopeless. I mean as it sits now, porting of AGP's kits makes up a very small portion of my business so if the results are not in my favor, then no biggie.
I think you and I are both smart enough and know the physics, thermal dynamics, and fluid dynamics behind the scene with this test and know that there is merit to what I am doing. And for starters, take a look at my last post for the preliminary data for this test.
Short and long, this IS marketing for AGP, MAP, and FFP, but I will say that I am a man with integrity and if the results are not in my favor, it will still be shared with everyone

This is very refreshing to hear, and this statment alone is enough to consider your services but that fact that you actually consider educating your customers a priority raises you a few notches in my book.

I appreciate the compliment.
If you ask anyone that has purchased my services, I always try to educate my customers as to 'why' I do what I do or recommend a particular solution and never 'because I said so'. That approach to sales has kept my customers happy, and confident for a long time now.
I will be calling MA Performance today to try and schedule a day to do this test at their facility. I would like to do it in the next 2 weeks as I should have the manifolds done by maybe tuesday-wednesday next week. I will keep everyone posted
Hey Bob, let me know when you are going to dyno. If it is going to be during the week, like mon-thur the next couple of weeks, I would like to swing by.
