All I know is they fit mine on stock suspension with the spacers. The guy in NJ I bought them from was also running them on Tein SS coilovers.

no i belive you man lol, i think its just my car. But no its not the sway bar.. i have after market ones and that fits fine, and its not the control arms. Its that damn black bar that goes under the coilover towards the front of the car, i dont know how to explain it lol. But i think it might have something to do with the Adjustible control arms that were on the car when i bought it? I think they are mopar ones. The wheels in the back seem to sit very far in, i know the camber is bad, but it just looks as though the wheels in the back sit very far in and arent flush.

If what I circled in yellow is what you're talking about, that's the rear tension strut bar. It is close, but I'm surpised it rubs...you are using the spacers I gave you, right? Also you'd probably be better off increasing your negative camber if you have the clearance to the strut.
