Hey everyone... I bought a this Explorer from my cousin who was moving away a few weeks ago, and I really have no use for it. I was hoping to use it as a winter car, but I haven't registered it yet, and quite frankly I don't want to have it taking up a garage spot until November.

It's a 2002 Ford Explorer XLT, 4wd with the 4.6 V8, leather seats, 3rd row seating, and a bunch of other options. It was used to commute from Worcester to Providence daily and has about 136,000 miles. It's in really nice shape, and my cousin always kept it spotless, and always kept up with regular maintenance.

I got a good deal on it which is why I picked it up in the first place, but I really just don't need it. I'm only asking $4,000 and I'm definitely firm on this price... I will just use it for a winter car if I'm not going to get at least $4,000 for it. I have it listed elsewhere for $6000 and have gotten a couple responses, but I'll cut fellow SRT owners a great deal.

I realize now isn't the best time to be buying SUVs but.... I'm selling this for 1/3 of what they're going for at dealerships and about 1/2 of what the blue book private party sale price is. Even with crappy gas prices, this is so cheap that you can use the enormous savings from buying the car to make up for it. Plus if you're looking for a nice winter car and have the room to keep it, you've got yourself an awesome deal.

I'll be around for the next week if anyone wants to come check it out... I'm going on vacation to vegas the week of the 23rd-27th, and I would LOVE to actually have some spending money while I'm there, so I'd like to make a quick sale on the truck.
