Updated! It would be greatly appreciated if the owner of the car could contact me as I have some questions in regards to this BOV. Please let him know. Thanks!
I just installed the Mopar BOV conversion plate. I added a stiffer surge valve spring as I heard that the stock spring tends to release very easy. I added a vid on my initial post. I like the sound of it and am satisfied for now.
It won't let me add any BOV to the poll. I assume as there has been votes and that would be unfair to those who have voted. I agree with that though. Sorry about that, but there wasn't any videos of it when I started the thread that's why it wasn't added in the beggining.

maybe you can answer this question then... When Justin at JMB Performance asked me what PSI spring I wanted I just told him that he was making 400-500whp and wanted the TiAL bov in polished/silver.
Because there are 3 or 4 springs with different spring rates that can go in the BOV. It doens't so much correlate to hp, it more correlates with boost levels. I have a 9 pound spring in my Tial, came with a 11 or 13 pound spring and it wouldn't release as quickly as it does now with the 9 pound spring. But if you are running 20+ psi, I would get the bigger spring.

Ask yourself one question:
"When you turn your car on, does it return the favor?"

tial doesn't rate there spring on how much boost you are trying to hold. they rate them on your vaccum pressure. all of them should be able to hold a great deal of boost without leaking as long as you follow there chart they have on there website. just my opinion
^^^^^^^^ you are dead on. TiAL bov is a very diffrent design then most thay use a very very larg diaphram and a large 50mm valve. the large diaphram makes it take less pressur to hold the valve shut because there is more area for air to press basicaly if you have 2 sq/inchs of 20psi it will stay closed if there is 10psi on the othere side with 4sq/inches. the spring is just there to keep the valve closed uner vac. the more vac the car runs the stiffer the spring needs to be. so if youe running large cams and only running 12-15 vac you will need a less stiff of a spring to hold it closed at idle.
