my mods are intake, exhasut, intercooler pipes w/greddy rs, modern intercooler, forge wga w/ red spring set at 17psi. race was from 40 to top of 4th in my car. results are kinda suprising.
well with the blue spring they build them with it was spiking 15 like bam!! then it would fall to about 10 psi. (BFMIC) with the red spring ive got it to hit 17psi with alot of threads left to adjust. it comes on a little slower compaird to the blue spring, but it holds the mojoraty of the rpm range.
all i saw was blue headlights fall back, then catch up.
i enjoy watching these kinds of videos, but not when the quality is terrible or you cant see wtf is going on.
ya all i have is a 4.0 magapixel kodak camra that has a video mode. we went from 40 to 140 where he was at my door. if i would have raced him from a stop he may have not caught me. he spun pretty bad from 40.
i'd say he's probably only running 5-10 psi. a 60trim vr6 should have blown you away. you're talking a 250whp car(you) vs a 400+whp car(him). The vr6 engine has way more than enough grunt to spool the 60 trim faster than us too. is he on stock internals? what chip is he using? are you sure it wasnt a 2871?

Sup Joe. It's Twinkie. Yeah, Petey(VR6) was running only 7lbs that night man. Because I'm basically all stock and I was beating him. That's why he wanted a rematch with you the other night because you know that turbo isn't maxxed out nor even close. Which is why he pumped it up a little bit. It's Petey, you know how he is. Still a good run though. Need to use my camera for when you race. Making a video of all of us running.
But that VR6 puts down over 300+hp. With just above 8lbs. So imagine if he pumped it up to say around 23-25, which was on his old setup. And you be surprised the get up and go it does.

im in for the vid to bad no one got the one of me racing anna's srt with her man driving. that was priceless they all wanted to know about vac lines after the race
