edit - nevermind...BFMIC, 3" o2 housing, turbo-back basically, WGA, and intake basically... that trap speed is high as hell for those mods...jeez

Me and Pete are pretty good friends. I mean hell I live with the guy. You said you wanted to race a slower SRT. I ran 13.54 @ 104 yesterday. My mods are AGP WGA, Iceman CAI, and TurboXS RFL BOV. I also have my resinators cut out. I'm sending off my S1 PCM today to get reflashed and then I'm putting in Petes old gutted cat, Map clamp and AEM Uego WB. My boost is set at 19/17. I raced an Evo 8 yesterday on the hwy and I pulled on him about 4-5 times. He claimed he had 400hp. I guess he was lying. Great race.

Sounds like your mods are really similar to what he had. I'm always down to run though!!
Good races. Honestly you should be putting the same power down as a EVO8 with cams. Do a boost leak test and check your tune and make sure you are not knocking. Were you street tuned by Al or on a dyno? He walked to a little to hard. Should have been a much closer race. That's just my opinion.

jesus,that is a good time.Your car must pull real hard mid to up top for a trap speed like with your 60ft times..nice

Ya the only thing that he has that I don't for power is Exhaust. That 3" O2 housing and Dp with that Borla 2.5 really helps him out. Hell the guy would be in the 12's If he could get traction. He knows how to run. But he's not to bright when it comes to being a Mech. Thats what I'm here for. He races, I fix. Sounds like its gonna be a good race. Pete, set us up man. Later.

I just have the basic Mail in Flash from Al. I will have to check for any leaks or knock though now that you mention it. I know my IC pipe blew off the first night I had the car with the Exhaust and MBC on.

Test it I think you will be surprised. To check your knock just get the Evoscan software. You can data log and see exactly what is going on and also it will give you the ability to tune your car (reflash). Last time I checked it was under $100 with the cable you need to connect the car to a labtop. A good friend of mine owns and 9 and he was only trapping 104-107mph with your same set-up. After we fixed his huge leak and retuned the car he was trapping 110-112mph on pump and 114-116mph on race gas with zero knock. Also go to Napa and pick-up some T-clamps. The stock clamps suck and will continue to blow off.

Is tuning the car that way hard to do?? I have 2 laptops, so I have that part covered. Where can I get the Evoscan software?? I don't have any experience with it, so I don't want to get into something over my head.
I've been meaning to upgrade the T-Clamps, but haven't gotten around to doing it yet. My brother and I are going to check for leaks tomorrow or the next day. So hopefully I can get this all figured out if something's wrong!!
