I spent $500 on the motherf*cker. Another $500 on a complete D16Z6. Yes it's a SOHC VTEC engine with 130bhp@106ft/lbs. I saw one run a 14.2 hot off the D16 swap. B16's in those things run mid to high 13's. As far as a badass platform to build and race with I would take this 1st gen Honduh over a Neon SRT4 any damn day and you are a moron if you disagree. For Christ's sake the car weighs 1500lbs with full interior. Just think of the CVCC with fully built suspension (and the D16:-) vs. fully built suspension on your Neon....guess who would win. $3,000 into my CVCC would make you

Whoa whoa now, simmer down sweetheart. I didn't but my S new. I already told you I paid $17 and some change for it. But that's really not the point. I mean to you it is, but not to me. And the fact that I have a pretty serious clutch in my car is the reason why I broke those axles. Sorry I guess I just shift too fast. Other then that the car has been an absolute pleasure to own. And honestly I could give two shits about your 20k highway only, street monster to be frank. I look for different things in a car. You ever heard that saying to each there own? I could have a faster car then you in less then 2 weeks if I was taking the same singular approach you are. The Evo already probably runs a faster 1/4 mile time then your stage 3+, with 3 mods. What's the next point your gonna make, "Oh but I paid another 30 grand for it"? 
Get over it, not everyone cares about money as much as you obviously do. The thrill of driving is what I like to get out of my cars now a days. I've been through the street scene for a while. Woo hoo, your capable to pull off a 40-130 mph street race with your best friend video taping..Congratulations! What's the next point your gonna make, "Oh but I paid another 30 grand for it"?
Get over it, not everyone cares about money as much as you obviously do. The thrill of driving is what I like to get out of my cars now a days. I've been through the street scene for a while. Woo hoo, your capable to pull off a 40-130 mph street race with your best friend video taping..Congratulations! Do you think your a good driver because you can WOT shift your car so it doesn't lose ground? Oh no..There's more to driving I only hope you get the chance to explore.. By the way, what did your stage 3 SRT-4 run in the 1/4 mile? I'd love to know.
you said evo was 12.1....stage 3s run 11s....matter of fact yellow srt ran a 11 flat...with less mods then me

I spent $500 on the motherf*cker. Another $500 on a complete D16Z6. Yes it's a SOHC VTEC engine with 130bhp@106ft/lbs. I saw one run a 14.2 hot off the D16 swap. B16's in those things run mid to high 13's. As far as a badass platform to build and race with I would take this 1st gen Honduh over a Neon SRT4 any damn day and you are a moron if you disagree. For Christ's sake the car weighs 1500lbs with full interior. Just think of the CVCC with fully built suspension (and the D16:-) vs. fully built suspension on your Neon....guess who would win. So talk shit on my CVCC. Make yourself look more like the suck off a Neon type of guy.

You can't really argue the fact that I'm comparing modded to stock, because I'm not. Even if I was, then cry me a damn river I spent $3,000 dollars haha.

dont have a track but when i put lengths on cars that run faster then the times you are posting it tells me whats gonna happen to you......and i thought you didnt care about straight line performance ??? what happened ???? |

I think we all know that, thats a given! Like I said earlier, dodge has to either build 8.3L motors, or add a turbo to make any power. You thinking you could make as much HP as say an S2000 all motor is pretty funny actually. Your 2.4 WITH a turbo is just enough for you car to be called a "drivers race".
