So what were the mods supporting all the hp on the 50 trim? How did you manage that mang, id surely like to know as im going big motor here in the next few weeks, working out a core block n head purchase now.
Id like to know what you can put on before the motor to get those pretty numbers at 22 psi.
kind of off topic but..did you have any track times with your DBB .50?
I very rarely went to the track and I never went on race gas.
My best was 12.5@120 on 22psi and on my street tires.
Im going to try and hit the track more this year. I plan on getting a clutch finally and maybe some slicks and try it again.
Tried it on slicks last year and ended up frying my first stock clutch
Wait you been holding all that on the stock clutch!? This is giving me hope I didint really want to dump money on a clutch just yet because i have a fresh stocker and especially since Im not gonna be tracking it for awhile.
Yes its all been on the stock clutch. I did fry my first clutch trying to launch at the track. I didnt really have the cash at the time so I borrowed another stock clutch to put in and thats where I am at now.
I dont do very many hard launches or clutch drops so thats probably why mine has held up longer than it should have. But I feel this one slip from time to time so I will probably haveto break down and buy a real clutch in the near future.

Ive got so many mods its not even funny. Biggest thing that kills people is not having things done right. I see so many people that think just because they put bigger turbos on they, by default, have the fastest car around and they all are going to run the same. So far from the truth.
