HP means nothing when the peak power isn't made until 9k, and the tq is low as hell.

I didn't say the blocks are overrated..STOCK they can do 700's, and still keep the rods in the bottom half. That's impressive within itself. Their powerbands? I'll pass on. ALL IM SAYING.

But, you match my car at 600hp srt to a 600hp s2k, and i would walk him by a mile.

U said s2k are overrated cars when in my opinion the f20 is one of the best flowing blocks from factory there is. show me other 4 cyl that can put out 700+ stock block stock head and stay together.

i agree with u 200% weight has everything to do with it, hence my SRT was gutted like a deer. my point to you is you mentioned power to power a S2000 would lose, so i dispproved that with evidence.... THEN u mentioned weight. Weight was never your original statement

And I think the S2ks are only about 100lbs lighter than the neon untouched.

I know the ap2s are right around 2800 Not sure on ap1s
