When I bought my car the only mod on it was the blue plate. It sounded SOOOOO much different then everyone else. I was checking for boost leaks, took the plate and sure shit it was on backwards. Checked out the how to for the rice plate. Low and behold the sound changed dramatically, and not for the better. However it's on correctly now. Honestly it worked 100% fine from everything I could tell when it was on backwards, boost was normal, it just sounded so much better. Kinda weird.

yea it is upside down I no because im willing to admit that I put mine on wrong the first time!! It sounded just like that and it held boost longer LOL!!!

I have personally turned a wrench on the car in the video. I got the call last january after he put the samco's and the injen on there. He never removed the rice plate during that install. The platesounded normal the day before. It is on there right. BTW, it sounds even better in person....

It's on backwards! I have installed them stupid plates on more srt's then you care to know..all with diff intakes etc... and they ALL sound the same! I put one on my cruiser and for haha's i put it on backwards Guess what! Sounds just like it did in that vid!
