Nothing crazy, just a few runs with the FP Green Stage 3 turbo and I thought I would share. I have been working with Kevin @ AGP to get this setup dialed in on my car using their SCT flash tunes. We have been tuning the car through email via data logs from street runs. I decided to hit the dyno this morning to see where we are at with the car at this point. I was actually expecting more hp and less tq but the car actually feels great on the street this way!
The car is tuned to pretty much 0kr on the street in 3rd gear. I use 3rd because there isn't many places to stretch 4th out around here. On the dyno, in 4th of course, I was getting a little more KR so I backed it down a bit.
Go easy on me, this is my first time using Windows Movie Maker lol. This was recorded on a Nikon Coolpix L12.
Nice vid, but I would cut the music during the runs so us car lovers can hear the car. I thought I was hearing a strange beeping sound but it was just in the music. Music before and after is fine though. That should be a good reliable setup with nice #s.

I was back and forth on the music too. I am sure you can lower the volume in certain sections of the audio track, but I just haven't figured it out yet being that I am a rookie with the software lol. Thanks for the comments.
good numbers...... ever thought about getting meth?
Yes I have thought about a meth kit before. I have also toyed with the thought of E85 as we have plenty of stations around here. Just seeing what we can get out of good ol 93 octane for now. I don't really want to get to crazy with the car, just a fun setup to toy around with on the street. We have an 1/8 mile track here that I like to go to sometimes but I need more practice at launching the car.

1)Car shifts thru gears
2)Car revs up
3)Car slows down
All while I attempt to contain my excitement.
LOL! Some people just like to hear the car while on the dyno. Your setup is awesome man. Your car is making some really crazy power!
Coy: You're right, I should have included these in the video. I kept the smoothing on 0 so the graph would tell a better story of what's going on. They don't look as pretty this way but I think it helps identify any trouble areas easier.
You can see the dips here where timing was getting pulled back here as it gets kind of jagged.
This one looks better until I got up to 5600. I started to pickup some KR (3.0) at that point so it dips some too.

I am with you. I wanted to do the FP Green but wasn't about to pay the 2k price for it. I didn't decide to pull the trigger until they had that discount sale going on a ways back. I was debating between this and the 3147 kit.
What psi were you on? Im gonna guess around 20-21psi?
I know man, it's still got a little bit to go. The first run was actually on a 24 psi spike holding 23 and falling to ~22 at redline. It was on its way to making more power but it started to knock. So the next run I backed boost down to just 23 falling to 21psi at redline (I still go a little KR up top). I am thinking now I need to find some place to go log some 4th gear pulls so we can get rid of the KR. There was hardly any airflow hitting the IC on the dyno so that definitely didn't help. It seems to knock less on the street I'm guessing due to more air flowing on the IC, but I really need to log some full runs to see exactly what its doing.
I have been thinking of upgrading my IC to a standard big AGP unit. I am not so sure the PTP direct fit is cutting it with this turbo and higher EGT's it produces.

Those are actually REALLY good numbers for that boost level. Holding 24 to redline would have produced 360-370whp, which is pretty damn good.
My advice, get a meth kit. Everyone can laugh at me, I recommend it to everyone pretty much. But your intercooler is actually ok for your setup, its more that youre producing some high pressure ratios and high EGTs with that 47lb stuffed in the manifold. methanol will bring that all back to normal, get rid of all your knock, and allow you to run more timing and boost.
At say 26psi, 28-29* of timing, you would be right around 410whp and probably close to 440wtq
