This is with AGPs new 6162 DBB turbo on 22psi and E85, STreet tunned by me only 22 degrees timing, and low 12 afrs
Had some issues first 2-3 passes, my 6 puck HD act was slipping BAD real bad wot shifting into 2nd. So let it cool for a good 15-20 mins (50 degree night) went back out, and all of a sudden shes grabbin now, and blowing off the tires instead. SOO im VERY confused to what happened there? The clutch has been street driven with street tires since the disc went in, brand new 6 pucka bout 4-5k miles ago and all street driving. First time clutch has seen sticky Drs on a half ass preped track. SOO think my clutch was glazed over or something? just needed some stress put on her? Cause rest of the night seem to be grabbin just fine, I thought i was gonna need to put a ED plate and a new 6 puck in. :buah: anyways, Did OK i guess, 1-2 is a joke, 12psi in mandh Drs COLD night, kinda shitty prep, This is on 22 creepin to 23 in upper rpms with agps 6162 turbo pullin nice, but again kinda concerned about the clutch wanted to get some thought on that.

Need slicks, but whats this clutch gonna do? OR do u guys think it just needed some stress put to her tonight to get some grip. Again i had zero issues rest of night, wot shifting rest of night, no slipping as i could feel.
BTW first time at track EVERR! i was shaking like a LEAF my first pass lol

took out lookin for 28, and ended up getting some 2302 2305 ign coil, check over coil, and plugs, noticed plugs lossened up, all of them, and #2 has a small VC leak and some oil was down inside, got past the plug and little drop in the cylinder. tighten them all up, took back out 3-4th on low boost and no issues, came back checked cylinder its clean now, and plugs are tight. Wonder if the losse plugs was what caused the cels and car into limp mode. if it does it again, im guessin i need a coil. Also now all a sudden rpm is starting to hang at 1500 when im comming to stop sign, and wont drop till car is completly stopped. Gonna research this, TPS has normal volts. got some carb cleaner lookin for vac leaks, nothing. and vac is 18-19 like normal no surgring.
iat may be takin a dump. did it after messing with two step.
So my idle stickin i think is takin care of for now, took IAC off cleaned it, ALL dirty and suty lookin, took gaskets off and cleaned with carb cleaner, and is a lot better. still got coil cels, guessing need a new one to run higher boost. coil has 30-40k. msd wires have 50k at least. may test wires too
got p2302 and 2305 today this is AFTER i updated my wot/2step box to the 3.2 software. And than i see all this talk on how people where getting this code. I get the code when under WOT in 4th, car goes into limp mode and throws these codes. I thought bad coil, but i may look over coil wires and go back to 2.3 software first and see what happens.
Nice times Chief for first time out. ACT 6 puck here also and I can't WOT shift into second. The ole' 6 puck locks me out of 2nd when trying to WOT shift. Never had the slippage issue you mention though. 6 puck has grabbed every gear (except for 1-2 WOT shift, but that was a lock out and not slippage) other than mentioned prior.
Grab some slicks and turn the boost up to 26 and you will find yourself in the low 11's for sure.
well, gonna take battery out tomorrow, check over the coil wires, cause the loom is burnt from the turbo coolant hard line, switch back to 2.3 and take her out on 28-30 again, 4th was pullin perrttyyy hard lol went to 5th and thats when the car wouldnt go and went limp mode and gave me those codes. IF its STILL doin it autozone has started makin coils, 2 year war, they have one in stock, so if its still goin into limp mode gonna try a new coil, and check my resistance in the wires.

if all that checks, ill just get some new 4306s, right now using 4554s, runnin real smooth at track. no issues no blow out, and took them out tonight, look PERFECT, and heat band is perfect. IAC ordered from rock auto, getting worse, when i took it out the little plastic diaphram where it seals off at the metal, well lets just say i could see DAY LIGHt between it ROFL! soo its bad, real bad. most likley would need one for quite awhile.
Looks like you were having fun chief. You 1/4 mile hooked yet? My daughter has the same booster, it matches the interior pretty well. Are you in Texas for good?
yea for the most part, i wanna find out whats throwing these codes so i can boost some real boost. than get back to the track and get some 130 traps maybe lol anyways ill chime back in tomorrow on what caused the cel
What are you using for a tuning solution? DSP? EMS? SCT?
What sensors are you currently using? For the boost I know you ultimately want to run, you might want to consider a tubular mani (CTI for instance), and some 4bar sensors.
so got SHOCKED by my wires when i was messing with them today off the coil, so turned car off and pulled the two that shocked me, nice little small tears in the boot. checked resistance, and its hit and miss, soo i think i may have found whats driving my fuel PSI guage nuts, wires run behind the coil pack, and when i just prime the fuel system gauge works fine, soon as i start it, gauge pegs out to max. gonna grab some new wires before a new coil and see if that takes care of my 4wot p2305 code and limp mode. That bish must be arkin bad.
SEEMS TO be that wires fixed it, got some bosch wires, they resistance are SAME as MSDs, i did a 3-4-5th gear pull on 28-29 psi NO issues, shifted right into 5th, and no limp mode nothing, pulled hard. Ended up getting on it in 4th next to a busa, and he could NOT pass me, REAL BIG guy, he was not in it all the way, couldnt have been, but im sure he was shittin his pants lol i went from 4th 80mph- 5th gear rev limiter in NO time lol torque steering ALL over the road. clutch held fine, and no cels. guess wires where causing issues.
SOOO aint this funny, took my fuel psi sender out, gonna take to work and blow it out see if it works, but i put my aeromotive gauge in, which is 1/8npt and screws right into the FPR... My prosport with sender has been reading 60-62base and 70 when i run high boost, 1:1 rising and i been thinkin man thats alot a pressure, and thought id have PLENTY of fuel to play with with the new jays 044 and -8 feeds.
ROFL turns out, im only running 48 base lol my sender must have been reading wrong for months. I HAVE MORE FUEL THAN I THOUGHT!!!! WOOOHOO

its just such a hella deal, lol plus i can sell my Drs and steelies, and sell the 23"s i guess if im blowing them off too much, Im SURE they will hook waayyy better than teh 235 Drs lol i just wanna see 1.7-.1.8 60s :/ Best i could do was 2.0 on the 235 Drs.
